The town of Fuquay-Varina was excited to have a new arts center for a growing community. Residents voted to approve the funding and it has proven to be a thriving cultural center for the arts. We managed to bring new life to a small North Carolina town, attracting visitors who may not have otherwise made the trip.

The design features custom steel and glass canopies, a box theater, street corner Gallery space, Painting and Digital Media studios, as well as Ballet Dance space. The Aluminum marquee was laser cut from an original hand-drawn font Shaan designed using Sketchup.
