Downtown Carrboro, one of the most dense municipalities in North Carolina, is in need of small single-family lots that allow both the space a traditional home affords but also connects its residents to the community.

Under direction of Szostak, Shaan worked closely with developer and designer Paul Snow to design 6 individual houses, each offering a unique variation on the prototype design.
