Downtown Durham is home to unprecedented growth, and this project offers high quality housing and amenities. The balconies overlook the old Durham Bulls Ballpark. Horizontal Louvers keep the main living area cool during warm summer months yet allow the sun to enter during the cool winter.

Shaan executed the overall massing and material selection under direction of Szostak. The condominiums are currently being advertised.
